Morocco: Capacity Building for the New Observatory of Crimes

In July 2018, NCSC delivered two training sessions focused on team building and project management for 33 newly assigned staff of the Ministry of Justice’s new Observatory of Crimes.

Training was organized under NCSC’s Justice Sector Management Training Program, which assists the Moroccan Ministry of Justice with capacity building to support ongoing reform initiatives with a focus on human resource management, budget management, project management, and strategic planning. The training sessions aimed at equipping the new staff of the Observatory with the tools to work together effectively and develop and implement action plans to functionalize the Observatory.

The Justice Sector Management Training Program is implemented by NCSC under a two-year cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs.
