Zambia: NCSC Hosts Judicial Delegation

On May 20, 2016, NCSC hosted a judicial delegation from Zambia at its International Division offices in Arlington, Virginia.

The one-day program included presentations on court governance, policy, caseflow management, court technology, and communication strategies for the effective administration of justice.

The delegation included the Honorable Chief Justice of Zambia, Justice Irene Mambilima. Following the formal presentations, delegates were able to participate in an open discussion forum with NCSC experts to explore issues of particular interest, and discuss the possibility of collaborative engagements with NCSC to enhance justice system performance in Zambia.

The program was sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitors Leadership Program. NCSC regularly hosts international delegations at its offices in the United States and we invite you to contact us should you wish to discuss the possibility of scheduling a visit.
