NCSC provides the full spectrum of services to assist other countries in strengthening the rule of law, developing strong, accountable governance structures, and modernizing the justice sector.  This includes:

Advisory and training services in the following areas:

  • Government Performance and Ethics
  • Human and Individual Rights Protection 
  • Public Education related to the Rule of Law
  • Post-Conflict and Fragile States Institution-building

International Visitors Program:

Through its International Visitors Education Program, NCSC annually designs and conducts educational programms for hundreds of international judicial leaders and justice system and government representatives.  These programs range from one-day workshops, to longer concentrated study seminars on a specific justice sector topic, to multi-week comprehensive studies of the American justice system, and year-long programs that combine practical expereince and theoretical study.  Each program is individually tailored to the educational and learning needs of the participants.  These programs are conducted at NCSC's faciltities and other relevant locations, such as courts, prosecutors' offices, law schools and other training facilities appropriate to the learning needs of the participants.  These study programs are conducted throughout the US as well as in other countries, as needed.

Contracting for NCSC, International Services:

A range of contract mechanism are availble to access NCSC's services.  In addtion to directly contracting with NCSC, grants and contracts can be issued via the following contracting mechanism and types:
