In early March, NCSC Senior Court Technology Consultant, Jim McMillan, traveled to Kigali, Rwanda to work with the Rwandan Ministry of Justice, on the development of requirements for an integrated justice system.
The integration of the justice system will take considerable time and effort to accomplish. However, there have been some encouraging first steps, including online case registry using an Electronic Filing System. This e-filing system also allows for online case tracking.
