ACTIVITY AND CASEFLOW MANAGEMENT/ BACKLOG REDUCTION
According to a
recently completed report, significant proportions of civil execution cases
remain pending in the courts after more than 2 years. In late 2005, the Justice
System Reform Activity in Kosovo (JSRAK) completed a study examining case flow
and pending caseload in each of the five district courts and in a cross-section
of five municipal courts. This report, entitled "Statistical Studies of Case
