Juvenile Justice: Supporting Effective Change Management

On July 21, 2017, NCSC hosted judges from Peru and Kyrgyzstan in a day-long change management workshop to provide them with the tools necessary to develop effective change plans in their countries. Senior Program Managers Violaine Autheman and John Cipperly discussed the elements of change management and stakeholder outreach, guiding the judges through the development of strategies and activities to address juvenile justice deficiencies in their systems. The judges are in the U.S. under the International Judicial Education and Training Fellowship, a program funded by the U.S. Department of State and Implemented by the American Bar Association.
